| 摘 要： | 校企合作是实现职业教育的一条重要途径。在校企合作背景下和校企合作长效运行机制探索的基础上，结合商丘职业技术学院实际情况和专业现状，分别从学校方面和企业方面探讨如何构建学校和用人单位进行长期合作的纽带和桥梁，以期为校企合作在食品专业中运用提供一种新的思路。

| Abstract: | School-enterprise cooperation is an important way to achieve vocational education .This paper explores the way to build long-term cooperative ties and bridge between school and enterprise in the background of school-enterprise cooperation ,combined with the actual situation of the food profession .We expect to provide a new idea of school-enterprise cooperation used in the food profession . |
