我国教师专业化实施途径探析

摘    要:我国教师专业化建设的整体水平还比较低,与教师专业化相适应的制度环境尚不完善。因此,构建一体化的教师教育体系;培养“研究型”教师;构建完善的预备教师专业实习制度;建立开放的教师教育体系;改革教师教育课程,加强教育学科建设;巩固和提高教师的社会地位,积极推进教师专业化的进程,是摆在我们面前的紧迫任务。

Abstract:The integral level of teachers specialization construction in our country is still relatively low and the system and environment suitable for teacher's specialization is still not perfect. So, structure integrated teacher's education system; Set up open teachers' education system; Consolidating and improving the social status of teachers; Cultivate "research" teachers; Structure perfect student teacher apprenticeship system in teachers' specialization; Reform teacher educational course, strengthen education discipline construction. It is the urgent task in front of us to advance teachers' specialized process actively.
