| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、问卷法和专家访谈法，对大学阶段开展阳光体育运动的必要性、大学阶段开展阳光体育运动的优势以及高校开展阳光体育运动对促进大学生的健康的促进作用方面进行调查分析，总结出高校开展阳光体育运动具有紧迫性和现实意义．

| Abstract: | By means of literature, questionnaires, interviews, this article investigates and analyses the necessity of carrying out the program of Playing Sports in Sunshine, the advantage and the promoting function of carrying out the program of Playing Sports in Sunshine for college students, and draws a conclusion that it is significant and urgent for colleges to carry out the program of Playing Sports in Sunshine. |
