| Abstract: | In modern basketball, the intensity of personal confrontation is becoming stronger and stronger,The players have many and wide attacking points,so the success rate is in direct proportion to the speed during the attack,Meanwhile,the players' quality and consciousness of defence have been improved and they also have flexible defence tactics. What's more, their training load and intensity have been raised continuously and the training has increasingly become more scientific and in fixed quantity. By the study on the new characteristis of development in the tactics of attack and defence and the training of modern basketball,it is expected that the article can provide some basis for reference to the teams at all levels during their competition and scientific training. |
