| 摘 要： | 文化多元是当下的社会现实,也是教育的理想和追求目标。然而许多民族学校文化中却是单一文化一统天下,具体表现在课堂、课程和校园文化层面。对民族学校固有的民族文化现象关注不够,导致少数民族学生对本民族文化的认同度降低,妨害了民族文化的传承。本文以文化学为视角,运用文献、反思和建构等方法,对民族学校的文化进行重新选择,认为只有从学校文化的课堂、课程和校园等层面整体入手,才能实现民族学校的文化多元化选择。
