| 摘 要： | 博耶的《学术反思》对美国高等教育的影响主要体现在:其拓展了学术内涵,建立了与其学术观相适应的学术评价体系,提出了不同高校的教师奖励制度应与其使命相适合等观点。《学术反思》不仅促进了美国高等教育的多样化和高等院校个性化的发展,而且对我国的学术和学术评价同样具有很好的借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | The influence of the book Academic Reconsideration mainly lies in its broadening of the academic connotation,establishment of the academic assessment system that adapts to the academic view,and offering of the idea that the award system in different colleges and universities shoud be closely connected with their missions.The book Academic Reconsideration has not only promoted the diversity of American higher education and individual development of colleges and universities but has very good reference significance to the academic researches and academic assessment of our country. |
