| 摘 要： | 高职生的职业素养具有丰富的内涵,它是高职生胜任岗位需要,完成特定职责所必备的一切内在条件的综合体。高职生职业素养的培育,是以学生就业为导向,以学生获得和提高职业素养为宗旨,以强化学生岗位能力为重点,以适应社会经济发展需要为目标的一切教育活动,其意义重大而深远。必须大力开拓高职生职业素养培育的路径。

| Abstract: | The professional attainments of higher vocational college are abundant in implications.It is the comprehension of all the internal qualifications which help students be qualified with the jobs and finish the particular duties.The cultivation of the professional attainments include all educational activities which orient students employment,aim to enable students to obtain and improve their professional attainments,emphasize on strengthening students job qualifications,and conform to the needs of social economic development.This has great significance.We must devote great efforts to explore paths of cultivating professional attainments of higher vocational college students. |
