| 摘 要： | 探讨高校教师发生“亚健康状态”的特点及有效的防治方法。结果显示高校教师作为一个特殊的人群，“亚健康状态”的发病率逐年增高；发病年龄遍布20～60岁各年龄段，且发病者与其自身的学历程度、心理承受能力、工作能力等因素密切相关。在治疗上应因人制宜，提倡自我防治的自然疗法，治疗中强调以心理疏导为主、以药物治疗为辅。

| Abstract: | The research to find characteristics and effective measures of preventing and treating the college teachers' sub-health state showed it was on the rise for the college teachers as a particular group people,whose ages ranged from 20 to 60. The incidence was closely related to the patients' academic background,ability of psychological bearing and work. Therefore,the treatment should be different for different patient. Natural treatment such as self-prevention was advocated. Psychological induction should be applied more than medical treatment. |
