| 摘 要： | 在3G时代，被称为“第五媒体”的手机媒体必将登上舞台、大行其道和引领风骚，对我国青年一代道德价值观的发展带来机遇和变化，这种发展主要是在一定外界环境条件影响下青年道德认识、道德情感、道德意志和道德行为相互联系辩证发展的过程。手机媒体有助于青年形成正确的道德认识、培养丰富的道德情感、锻炼坚强的道德意志和完善合理的道德行为。

| Abstract: | In the 3G times,the so-called "fifth media" mobile phone media will appear on the stage and become popular,which will bring changes and opportunities to Chinese youths’ moral values development.This development is an interconnected dialectical process of development of their moral cognition,moral emotion,moral will and moral behavior in a certain environment condition.Mobile phone media will help them to form their right moral cognition,to nurture their profound moral emotion,and to exercise their strong and reasonable moral behavior. |
