| 摘 要： | 本文从马歇尔、雅各布斯外部性及新经济地理的综合视角,运用面板协整和可行的广义最小二乘法(FGLS),探讨了湖南省生产性服务业专业化、多样化及其产业规模对城市经济增长的影响。结果表明,生产性服务业专业化和多样化均能直接地显著促进城市经济增长,专业化的作用更为突出;生产性服务业专业化是促进不同厂商之间技术外溢、进而地区经济增长的关键因素,而多样化的间接影响却不显著;湖南省制造业发展中的相对滞后性不利于生产性服务业与制造业之间的协调发展,从而导致生产性服务业集聚规模对地区经济增长的影响为负。推进各城市生产性服务功能的专业化经营、促进生产性服务业与制造业的协调发展是较为理想的政策安排。

| Abstract: | This paper uses the method of feasible generalized least square to analyze the effects of specialization and variety agglomeration of producer services and its scale on local economic growth of Hunan province,from the comprehensive view of Marshall externalities,Jacobs externalities and new economic geography.The results show that:Both of the specialization and diversification of producer services significantly promote city economic growth directly;The specialization of producer services turns out to be the most important factor promoting technological spillovers between different firms and then local economic growth;However,the effect of diversification is not significant.Because of the relative unsufficient development of manufacturing and the sightless development of producer services,the agglomeration scale of producer services has negative effects on local economic growth.Promoting the specialization of producer services in cities and the collaborative development of producer services and manufacturing may be the expected policy option. |
