日本《教育基本法》修订的历程、动因、内容及其争论

摘    要:日本新《教育基本法》的颁布预示着日本教育法制与教育改革的转向.本文试图就《教育基本法》修订的历程进行追溯,对修订的背景与动因进行透析,对新旧《教育基本法》的内容展开比较,对新《教育基本法》中最大的争论焦点进行剖析.

Abstract:The promulgation of the new Fundamental Law of Education indicates the changes of Japanese educational legal system and reforms of education. This article attempts to trace the processes of the revision of the Fundamental Law of Education. It also tries to analyze the background of the revision of the Fundamental Law of Education. Besides, the article compares the content of the new and old fundamental law of education and analyzes the arguing points of the fundamental law of education.
