| Abstract: | The teaching of judicial documents emphasizes on practice,we need to change the thinking,break the originally traditional teaching pattern,reschedule the teaching content,design the teaching link,use the case teaching flexibly on the condition of material,and teach students with the move process of laws so as to adapt for the judicial practice. |
