高校科研促进教学的微观维度思考

摘    要:从微观角度而言,高校教师个体应当明确科研与教学具有正相关关系,应主动促使二者紧密结合并消除负面作用,使二者真正相互依托、相互促进。以此为基础,探求高校教师科研促教学的具体路径,从而不断推动创新型人才培养目标的实现。

Abstract:For college teachers,they should be clear that there is a positive correlation between scientific research and teaching in colleges from the micro perspective,which requires to connect the scientific research with the teaching and to promote them to develop mutually.On the basis of this,the article explores the specific path on how the scientific research promotes the development of teaching so as to facilitate the realization of the innovative talent training.
