| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of EIP characteristics,the evaluation index system of EIP is proposed by applying analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to determine the index weight.A new comprehensive evaluation model of EIPs is set up by using gray relational analysis (GRA) and principal component analysis (PCA) and other methods,and nine EIPs in China are evaluated. |
