| 摘 要： | 近年来社会大环境不断发展进步，事业单位体制改革不断深化，事业单位工作人员的思想状况也出现了很多新的变化。如何在科学发展观的科学理念下，不断改进优化事业单位的思想政治工作，是对事业单位思想政治工作新的考验。本文就新时期事业单位企业化管理思想政治工作进行简要的分析与探讨。

| Abstract: | With the continuous development of social environ-ment in recent years, the system reform of public institutions is unceasingly deepening, resulting in many new changes in the ideological condition of the staff for public institutions. How to continuously optimize the ideological and political work in public institutions under the scientific outlook on development is a new challenge for the ideological and political work in public institu-tions. This paper briefly analyzed and discussed the ideological and political work in public institutions based on enterprise-ori-ented management in the new period. |
