| 摘 要： | 高职高专学前教育专业以培养一线教育工作者为导向,强调学生职业能力的获得与提高.学前教育专业学生的职业能力由职业情感、职业知识和职业技能构成.学校应通过各种活动激发学生的职业情感,通过知识教学和见习等活动帮助学生掌握职业知识,通过小组实训和多岗实习提高学生的职业技能,使学生在毕业时能真正具备完备的职业能力,具有将来持续专业发展的潜力.
