| 摘 要： | 试题评分标准是衡量学生作答正确与否的依据，也是学生作答正确程度的等级或评分的评定标准。在试题等级评分标准进行理论研究和实践尝试的基础上，对等级评分标准的要素、呈现形式和优势进行系统阐述，并提供相应的试题等级评分标准的范例，以及构建等级评分标准的基本程序。这些有助于提高评分过程中的测量水平，更有助于广大教育工作者提高教育评价方面的专业能力，促进教育评价改革的进一步深化。

| Abstract: | Scoring standard of examination questions is the basis of measuring students' answers and it decides to what degree the answers are right.Based on the theoretical and practical attempts of the scoring standard,the factors of ranking and scoring standard,representation forms and advantages are systematically expounded.Paradigms of scoring standard and basic procedures of building up scoring standard are provided.These will help to improve measurement and help to improve educators' assessment ability and thus further education assessment reform in our country. |
