| 摘 要： | 慈善组织公信力是慈善事业良性发展的基石和生命所在。中国慈善组织在2011年"郭美美事件"后陷入了空前的公信力危机,而要从根本上化解这场危机,唯有加强慈善法治建设,加强对慈善组织的制度监管,切实保障慈善组织运行的阳光透明方能实现。

| Abstract: | The credibility of charitable organizations is the cornerstone and life of the benign development of charitable organization.Chinese charity organization fell into unprecedented credibility crisis after "Guo Mei-mei"incident in 2011,in order to fundamentally solve this crisis,only strengthen charitable legal construction,strengthen the supervision of charity organization system,to safeguard that the sunshine transparent operation of charitable organizations can be realized. |
