| 摘 要： | 健康是人类永恒的话题,千百年来人们一直在关注着自身的健康,随着时代的发展人们更加注重自身的体质健康。大学生作为祖国的未来和希望,他们的健康越来越受到人们的关注。未来社会的竞争将是人才素质的全面竞争,没有健康的体魄就无法更好的适应现代社会高强度的竞争,也无法圆满的完成时代赋予我们的责任和使命。本次调查以红河学院非体育专业学生为示例,因为红河学院地处边疆少数民族地区,是滇南唯一的一所大学,而学生的结构除由少数民族学生外,还有来自全国26个省市的学生,由于其特殊的地理位置和构成群体,对其研究就显得非常重要。

| Abstract: | Health is the eternal topic of human beings,for thousands of years people have been concerned about their own health.With the development of the times,people pay more attention to their health.College students as the future and hope of the motherland,their health get more and more attention of people.Future competition will be the competition of talent quality.Without a healthy body can not better adapt to the high strength competition of modern society,is also unable to successfully complete the mission and responsibility times gifts our.The investigation takes non-sports major students in Honghe University for example,because Honghe University is located in area of border minority area,is only a university in south of Yunnan,and the structure of students in addition to the minority students,and also the students from 26 provinces,because of its special geographical position and pose of the group,the research is very important. |
