| 摘 要： | "白澳政策"是澳大利亚自1901年建国后作为一项基本国策而确定下来的种族歧视性移民政策.它旨在保证澳大利亚为白种人所有,排斥和歧视有色人种移居澳大利亚和当地的土著居民."白澳政策"形成的原因既有其现实的政治和经济的因素,也有其种族和文化因素.包括《移民限制法案》为主的几项重要法案或条例,这标志"白澳政策"正式形成."白澳政策"对澳大利亚和亚洲、非洲以及大洋洲各国都产生了重大而深远的影响。
