| Abstract: | Providing servicing for agriculture, for peasants and for rural areas is the innovation and development of distance education with Chinese features. It is a new subject of RTVU that must be further researched. Based on our former experience, we must explore a new way in research, promote this project and make it the most important task of RTVU, and make new contribution to it. |
