| Abstract: | Teaching is the primary job in colleges and universities where the main task is centered around cultivating talents.The nature and range of administration work decides its role as a strong supporting member for the teaching job,especially in the newsituation.To improve the quality of administration work,efforts must be made to center more around teaching job in its guidance-giving,function-setting and practical work.In addition,it is necessary to promote the innovation in the serving range;serving style and serving system of administration in its support for teaching job. |
