| 摘 要： | 班会,是班主任向学生进行思想品德教育的一种有效形式和重要阵地,有计划地组织与开展班会活动是班主任的一项重要任务。班主任如果能充分发挥学生的主动性,有计划地举行一些由老师、班委会或其他学生组织的主题班会,加以引导,既可以达到提高认识、发展个性、愉悦生活的目的,又可培养学生的民主意识,锻炼自理自治能力,增强班级凝聚力,从而达到巩固班集体和良好班风的目的。

| Abstract: | Class meeting is an effective form and plays an important role in the ideology and morality education. Designedly organizing and carrying out class meeting is a crucial task for class advisers. Well-designedly class meeting sponsored by teachers or class committee will not only achieve the goal of enhancing understanding, developing personality, and enjoying life,but also cultivate the students' consciousness of democracy and the ability of independence. Therefore the author believes that well-organized class meeting is to reinforce and consolidate the team spirit and develop good atmosphere of class collectivity. |
