| 摘 要： | 干部人事档案工作是执行党的干部路线,是干部考核、培养、选拔、任用的重要依据之一,因此,做好干部人事档案工作势在必行。本文从六个方面探讨了干部人事档案工作管理的意义,旨在努力构建干部人事档案工作的良性运行机制。
