| 摘 要： | 针对课程建设的研究文献集中于课程内容建设的现状。本文依据质量管理体系理论,在分析经管类课程教学服务质量特性的基础上,论述工科院校建立该课程质量体系所遵循的理论和方法,研究目的是为课程建设提供科学的方法论支撑。
