| Abstract: | Only when teachers in higher vocational education schools possess multiplequalities and abilitiescan they improve students'capacities and transport persons with abilities in productionand management process.The paper analyses substantial moral characters,abundantknowledge,high skills in professional fields,three factors that construct qualities and abilitiesof people teaching in higher vocational education.Furthermore,it advances several suggestions of upgrading those teachers'qualities and capabilities. |
