| 摘 要： | 本文探讨了弗朗斯和罗布提出的理性讨论者十戒原则，及其对目前大学英语辩论赛沿用的议会制辩论模式的适用性，并结合“外研社杯”辩论赛的案例分析，指明议会制辩论过程中辩手的权利、义务和应该尽量规避的误区，希冀对英语辩论赛的参与者有所启示。

| Abstract: | based on the theory of ten commandments for critical discussion,the thesis attempts to discuss the theory’s adaptability to the parliamentary debate,and tries to find the the theory’s enlightenment on the debaters through the analysis of the cases from FLTRP cup,that is,the debaters’ rights and obligations and the errors they should avoid during the process of the parliamentary debate,with the hope that the research would possibly be a guidance for the debaters. |
