| 摘 要： | 结合高职院校辅导员开展高职生心理健康教育工作的特殊性,通过建立有效的心理健康教育框架图,加强对心理干部的培训,根据高职生特点开展个性化心理专题,如班级成员分析表、宿舍成员分析表等,根据班级特点开展主题教育等,采取多样化的方式建立有效的心理干预机制,拓宽心理宣传阵地,探索积极有效的心理健康教育工作模式,使高职院校的学生心理健康教育工作进一步深入。

| Abstract: | Combines with the particularity of higher vocational college instructors to carry out psychological health education of vocational college student,through the establishment of effective mental health education on mental framework,strengthening the training of cadres,according to the vocational college students’ characteristics of individualized psychological topics,such as the class analysis table of the members,dormitory member analysis table,according to the characteristics of the theme of education,adopt a variety of ways to build the effective psychological intervention mechanism,widen psychological propaganda position,explore the effective mental health education model,makes the students in higher vocational colleges psychological health education work to go further in depth. |
