| 摘 要： | 社会经济、技术的发展带来图书馆核心竞争能力的集中,原来被视为图书馆核心技术的图书编目工作被整体外包,图书馆采购人员需要参与更多购置决策、外包细节等谈判及具体运作,采购工作范围扩大了。文章从采购职能和采购流程两方面对企业采购和图书馆采购进行比较研究,论证图书馆采购具有战略发展趋势。
