| 摘 要： | 现代信息技术作为知识工作中不可或缺的工具,对知识工作生产率的提高作用已成为学者及企业界的共识。然而,由于信息技术体系构成的多样性,不同的信息技术对于知识工作及其生产率的作用存在着显著的差异。文章分别分析软件系统以及网络对于知识工作生产率作用的差异,通过实证研究指出,软件系统更多地是从程序化、规范化的角度作用于知识工作,并提高知识工作的效率,改善知识工作的质量;而网络则主要是从促进知识共享、增强团队协作、加速知识创新、改善客户关系等方面促进知识工作生产率的提高。文章通过寻求软件系统和网络对知识工作生产率的不同"着力点",为信息技术的有效利用以及知识工作生产率的提高提供借鉴。
