摘    要:随着国家科技资源竞争的激烈化,高校科研队伍整合难的问题日显突出。本文试图探讨高校科技组织人力自动化的管理理念,即从人的传统文化背景出发,研究如何为科技人员创造符合科学发展内在规律的宽松环境,使科技人员自觉地发掘自身潜力,以期有助于高校科技队伍的建设。

Abstract:With the drastic competition of national S&T resource,the integration of university's S&T contingent becomes more and more difficult. In this article we discuss some administrative concepts of auto-manpower of university's science and technology organization,that is,from the traditional culture of human being,we probe into how to create a relaxative environment which fits the rule of scientific development for the investigators and brings their potence into full play. We hope that it can be benefit to the construction of the university's S&T contingent.
