| 摘 要： | 要提高高职人才培养的质量，就必须重视学生的顶岗实习工作。根据教育部多个文件和会议精神，要求高职院校建立“工学结合、校企合作、顶岗实习”的人才培养模式。从顶岗实习的重要性出发，列举了高职院校顶岗实习管理中存在的问题，提出了加强顶岗实习管理的七大举措，供院校参考。

| Abstract: | To improve the quality of vocational training,we must attach importance to the work of student internships.According to the Ministry of Education and Conference multiple files,it requires the training model of vocational schools to be established work and study,school-enterprise cooperation,internships.Starting from the importance of internships,it proposes the problems and the seven initiatives internshipss to strengthen the management for institutions for reference. |
