| 摘 要： | 中国农村留守儿童教育问题是当前农村义务教育所关注的热点问题。课外活动是儿童学习和生活的重要组成部分,对农村留守儿童而言更有其深远意义。但通过调研发现:农村留守儿童低龄化情况严重,课外活动时间很少;课外活动内容贫乏,形式单一;课外活动的场所简陋,明显处于落后状态;学生的课外活动积极性很低,活动能力较差;活动选择上带有一定的盲目性和随意性等。这种情况明显不利于学生的健康发展。造成这种状况的主要原因是:地方政府关注较少,学校缺乏应有的重视,对学生的课外活动缺乏必要的指导。要解决这些问题,政府应发挥主导作用,为农村留守儿童的教育创造必要条件,特别是经济上给予扶持资助;学校要发挥主渠道作用,改善农村留守儿童课外活动的现状;农村留守儿童家庭也应承担起帮助留守儿童参与课外活动的责任。另外,还应动员社会力量来关注留守儿童的课外活动情况。山东省梁山县农村寄宿制学校留守儿童面临的问题,在全国广大乡村具有相当的代表性、普遍性,应引起各级政府的高度重视。
