| 摘 要： | 教师管理是学校的各项管理中最根本的管理。对教师管理的认识与实践应与时俱进,不断注入新的理念、内容和方法。针对当前中小学教师管理中所显露的诸多问题,学校管理者在学校管理中必须牢固树立＂以师为本＂的管理理念,努力做到尊重教师的个性、满足教师的需要、提升教师的幸福感。

| Abstract: | The management of teachers is the most fundamental in the school management.It is necessary to keep pace with the understanding and practice of management and continue to inject new ideas,content and method.For current problems revealed in the management of primary and secondary school teachers,school administrators must firmly establish the "teacher-oriented" management concept,strive to respect the teachers’ personality,meet their needs,and raise the teachers’ happiness. |
