| 摘 要： | 文章根据大学生个性特征及岗位需求情况,从目标教育的视角将大学生的职业生涯规划分层为若干,提出＂目标定位分层设计大学生职业生涯＂的路径,以实现不同类型的职业生涯规划与岗位的有机对接、匹配,对促进大学生就业,提高就业质量有重要作用。

| Abstract: | Based on the student’s personal traits and the demand of the employment market,this paper divides the undergraduates’ career planning into several layers from the perspective of goal education and puts forward the approach of "Goal-setting and designing the undergraduates’ career planning in layers" so as to match the different career planning with different jobs.It is of significance to promote the employment of undergraduates and enhance the effectiveness of employment. |
