| 摘 要： | 针对常用信息检索模型存在的两大不足——检索提问与内容表达上的语义缺失与结果返回形式上的单文档局限，提出相应的解决方案，在此基础上进一步提出基于本体的族式返回检索模型，并就该模型中的部分关键问题，如族式返回、查询与文档表示以及语义匹配等进行讨论。
