| 摘 要： | 军训是学校人才培养工作的重要组成部分,作为入学教育和国防教育的重要内容,军训在人才培养工作中具有不可替代的作用。如何在集中军训结束后保持和发扬军训成果的后续效应,把学生在军训期间获得的良好习惯和作风内化到学生的学习、工作和生活中,必须注重巩固军训成果活动的研究与实践。本文就巩固军训成果活动在开展学生思想政治教育、提高大学生国防意识、促进大学生军事素质形成、培养学生终身锻炼习惯、促进校风学风建设和人才培养中起到的重要作用等进行了分析。

| Abstract: | Military training is an important part of talents cultivation in colleges.As the key contents of entrance education and national defence education,it plays an indispensable role in talents cultivation.But how can the military training achievements be maintained and developed after centralized training so that the students can study with the good habit and style they acquire from military training？ Analysis of the important role of consolidating military training achievements is made in carrying out students＇ ideological and political education,enhancing their awareness of national defence,promoting their military quality,developing their habit of lifelong physical training and strengthening the building of college spirit and study style and talents cultivation. |
