| Abstract: | Based on the developing stage theory of Martin's higher education popularization ,taking into consideration the present status of our higher education ,the targets of populari- zing higher education in China by the year of 2010 as well as the practical situation of our country with limited budget to popularize large scale of higher education.This essay propos- es that the distant education is an important way to reach the mentioned target in China ,and it is doubtlessly a method which needs less investment but produces high benefits . |
