摘    要:氧化锌晶须是一种具有规整三维结构立体四针状单晶体微纤维,其原料来源广泛,成本低廉。四角状氧化锌晶须具有多功能特性,在耐磨、防滑材料,抗静电及导电复合材料,电波吸收材料,减振抗冲及隔音材料等方面均有广泛的应用。本文简述了T-ZnO晶须的发展、结构和特性、制备方法和生长.以及作为材料的应用。

Abstract:ZnO whisker, the only tetrapod-shaped whisker among all kinds of whiskers, possesses good comprehensive properties. It is widely used in the making of many materials, especially those materials used for wear-resistance, anti-slipperinese, static-electricity resistance, electric conduction,electric wave absorption,shock absorption and sound insulation.This paper presents an overview of T - ZnO whiskers , including their microstructure , characteristics , preparation and growth mechanisms, and in particular, their practical applications in materials.
