| 摘 要： | 本文通过文献资料及问卷调查等方法,对浙江普通高校大学生心理健康现状进行分析,结果表明:浙江省普通高校大学生心理健康状况与全国常模组相比存在显著差异。说明现代大学生在各方面的压力已影响到大学生的心理健康,男生相对好于女生,并就如何采取相应的对策,为高校大学生心理健康做咨询和调适提出一些看法。
