| 摘 要： | 学校运动会是学校体育工作的重要组成部分，过去学校运动会多是以竞技性项目的比赛为主，内容单调，形式过于陈旧，对技术或体能要求较高，缺乏娱乐性、趣味性和参与性，不利于学生身体素质的全面发展，不利于增强体质和健康水平，不利于启发和培养学生良好的锻炼习惯和终身体育思想，违背了学校体育的总体目标，故学校运动会的改革势在必行。学校运动会应突出以健康愉快为主旋律，淡化竞技，强调娱乐性趣味性，调动学生参与的积极性，大力开展丰富多彩的体育活动，推进校园群众性体育化活动的广泛开展。

| Abstract: | As an important part of the physical education at schools,sports meeting mainly used to consist of competitive matches with dull contents and old-fashioned forms.Emphasizing much on skills and physical stamina,it lacks the characteristics of entertaining,interesting and participating,which is not only no good for the all-round development and healthy growth of students,but also no good for teaching them to take on exercising for the whole life.Since this is against the ultimate goal of the school's physical education,it is necessary for us to enforce the reformation of sports meeting at schools.Sports meeting should highlight the main melody of health and enjoyment and desalinate its competitiveness to put the emphasis on delightfulness.Only in this way,can we inspire the students to take part in numerous and colorful sports activities so as to give impetus to wide-ranging mass sports on campus. |
