| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法对明清时期武术发展出现高潮的原因进行系统分析。研究结果表明：明朝前期的“仁德”盛世、清朝前期的“康乾”盛世为明清时期武术发展出现高潮提供了物质保障；政局无论稳定还是动荡，都为武术的发展提供了良好的社会环境；武学著作的形成、养生理论的影响、外国文化的传入又对其发展起到了极其重要的推动作用。

| Abstract: | The reason why the martial art developed to a climax during Ming and Qing Dynasty is analyzed systemically with the method of literature.The result of research manifests that it provided material safeguard for the development of martial art coming to a climax during the "Rende" Time of previous Ming Dynasty and "Kangqian" Time of Qing Dynasty.No matter the political situation is stable or turbulence,which provided good social environment for the development of martial art.The formation of martial art literature,the influence of preserving one's health theory,and the introduction of foreign culture,all these played an important role in promoting the martial art of Ming and Qing Dynasty. |
