The focus of this paper is theStudent Satisfaction Approach, aninstitution-wide survey used internationally. The paper explores the different waysuniversities feed back information to studentsfollowing institution-wide surveys, includingthe different presentation styles and the typesof issues that are presented to students, drawing on international examples. |
