| 摘 要： | 电大加强科研管理工作，是在现代远程教育理论和思想指导下一项改革的必备工作。通过对远程开放教育的课题研究和办学实践进行引导性管理，探索和构建广播电视大学在现代远程教育条件下的人才培养模式，体现在以现代教育技术为主导的教学模式、学习模式、管理模式和运行机制，从而更好地培养社会发展和经济建设所需要的高质量的应用型高等专门人才。

Through the research on open distance education and the management of running school practice, the paper explores the way to construct the talent - training model under the condition of modern distance education, presents the models of teaching, learning, management and their operating mechanism so as to train qualified persons for social development and economic construction. |
