| 摘 要： | 龙珠平亢丸经NIH小鼠灌胃测得最大耐受量为84.6g/kg,给SD大鼠连续灌胃90d,无不良毒性反应,龙珠平亢丸可抑制甲亢动物升高T_3,T_4水平,降低基础代谢率,有一定的镇静安定及抗心律失常作用.

| Abstract: | Maximum tolerance dose p. o Longzhupingkangwan in NIH mice was 84. 4 g/kg. It has no toxicity effect for p. o in 90 days continuously and may inhibit the eleva-tion of T3 and T4 and decreases also the basic metabolic rate of these animals. The drug has some Anti-arrhythmia and sedation action. |
