| 摘 要： | 管理是一门科学，又是一门艺术，它十分强调实践性，因此教师在《管理学》实践教学过程中，应积极调动学生参与课堂教学活动，布置实践活动。通过案例教学、小组活动、模拟训练、管理活动设计训练等多种多样的实践教学方式方法，大力提高学生的综合能力和管理能力。

| Abstract: | The management is a science,and also is an art,which emphasizes the practice. So the students should be actively involved in the activities of classroom teaching and practical activities arranged in the teaching process of Principal of Management. Through case teaching,group activities,simulation training, management activities design training and other ways and means of teaching practice the students＇ comprehensive ability and management capabilities can be improved. |
