摘    要:实施<全国普通高等学校体育课程教学指导纲要>,要重视体育课程内容的体育文化含量.课程内容的体育文化,除学科本身的理论、技能外,还应包括新的教学观及与体育相关的德育、美育文化等,并把几者结合成一个有机的整体.在教学实践中,坚持文化的统一性,注重教学内容的科学性和系统性;体现"以人为本"的文化特征,课程设置要把学生主体和课程客体统一起来,并使学生学习的积极性和创造性得到发挥.

Abstract:When The Instructive Essentials for Physical Education of College Students is put into effect,great importance shoule be attached to the physical culture in the course of PE. The physical culture includes not only the theories and skills of the course but also some new ideas of PE teaching, the moral and art education related to PE. Moreover, all these parts should be integrated as an organic whole. In practice, unity in physical culture should be adhered to and meanwhile attention should be focused on the scientific and systematic contents of the course. To manifest the cultural feature "to take man as center", we should unify students and the course itself, furthermore, we should bring into play the activeness and creativity of the students.
