| 摘 要： | 为了更清楚,全面的表述竞技体育文化的形态与公共服务的关系,主要从竞技体育文形态的物质、体制、精神、意识4个层面说明其具体的表现形式,同时从3个角度分析两者之间的关系：竞技体育具备公共服务的特征;公共服务体系的发展需要竞技体育;竞技体育对公共服务反哺作用。从而进一步加深人们对竞技体育文化的正确认识,营造浓厚的竞技体育文化的氛围,促进竞技体育文化的更好,更快的发展。充分发挥、利用、完善竞技体育对公共服务的文化反哺功效,从而带动整个体育事业的发展,建设体育强国之路。

| Abstract: | In order to more clearly, the comprehensive expression of the shape of the relationship between the competitive sports culture and public service i this article mainly from the four aspects of material, system, spirit of competitive sports, explains the specific forms of consciousness, at the same time from three angles analyses the relationship： the characteristics of public service with competitive sports; The needs of the public service system development of competitive sports ; The effect on public service feedback of competitive sports. Further deepen the people to the correct understanding of competitive sports culture, build strong competitive sports culture atmosphere, promote the competitive sports culture better, faster development. Into full play, utilization, improve the competitive sports cultural feedback effect of the public service, thereby giving impetus to the development of the undertakings of physical culture and sports, the construction of sports power. |
