| 摘 要： | 随着独立学院的规模越来越大,其师资力量也在不断壮大。虽然大部分大学英语教师学历和职称都上了一个台阶,但科研成果却很少,目前大多数独立学院都存在"重教学轻科研"的现象。影响独立学院大学英语教师科研的因素主要有:教学工作量大,学校科研管理机制不完善,缺乏科研团队和科研能力,缺少学术交流和学术氛围等。独立学院大学英语教师为提高科研能力,必须依托母体高校丰富的资源,走教学科研并重之路。而独立学院也需要引进学科带头人,建立科研团队,以加强教师的整体科研能力。
