| 摘 要： | 人事档案目前存在的现状,需要改革、发展,需要科学发展观的指导。在科学发展观指导下,人事档案工作要树立“以人为本”的人性化管理理念,正确处理三种关系,创新人事档案的服务方式和手段,实现人事档案信息化和网络化。
